Getting the Most Out of my Holiday Break

Over the years my family has used our vacation time, especially around Christmas and New Years, to travel out of town (usually at least 7 hours away...by car...) to visit relatives. While it's always great to see family and friends, living out of a suitcase quickly gets old. As I've gotten older, I've become more and more fond of staying home and hanging out with my daughters. Uneventful holidays are sometimes the best of all; they provide us with the rest we need and a break from the daily grind. Here's to an uneventful, restful holiday vacation!
